We love our shutters, excellent recommendation and advice on colours, Andrew fitted them perfectly, they really finished off the room.We’ve also had our blinds for 12 years now and they still look as good as they did on the first day. Wonderful service and amazing choice.

Hartwell supplied multiple blinds for various windows in our home. These included a remote controlled solar powered blind for our stairwell. The service provided was exemplary. Andrew always looked for the best neatest option. I would highly recommend them.

I'm writing this review just over a year after Hartwell's fitted five Venetian blinds to our family home near Diss.I would like to start off by saying how impressed we were by our visit to their showroom and by the invaluable advice we were given.They turned up to fit exactly on time, their fitting was quick , clean and precise and I can honestly say that we have had no problems at all.I wold give them six stars if it was possible.

Highly recommended! Very friendly and helpful staff. The shutters were fitted beautifully. They had spotted a structural problem with my bay window when they were about to fit the shutters on it. I waited for 2 months before the developer was able to fix it but as soon as it was done, Hartwell Blind returned for fitting without extra cost.
