I have now had the pleasure of working with Terri and the team for a purchase and now a sale. As an estate agent it has been a breath of fresh air to work alongside Terri on progression, she is efficient, and on the ball, and friendly and polite with it! Any questions and issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. During lockdown, which has had its challenges, I am glad that I had Terri working alongside me. I sincerely hope that we can work together again, it has been a very pleasant experience.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Aspire Properties, selling my house for full asking price 24 hours after going on the market, at 8pm on a Friday evening! Certainly not your average estate agent. They communicated well throughout the process and nothing was ever too much trouble. Even on moving day Reece was there on the day to hand the keys over to the new owners and even came along to help me move into my new home following some issues from the other side, none of which he needed to be involved in but he really does care and goes the extra mile. I can't thank you enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone thinking of selling their home!

A lovely experience selling a properties through them. It felt a very personal experience. Reece and Jess feel like family. Also at the end of the phone and I felt extremely confident during the process as I knew there work is at a very high standard. we pay a fortune to rent this house for them to leave us with damp/mould rats and collapsing ceilings along with a rusted toilet and been told it’s ventilation my windows get opened every morning and my heating goes on like they’ve said but please tell me why I’m leaving windows open for all my heat to leave the house in these weather conditions? They don’t listen to a word you say and don’t even get intouch with you disgusting how there leaving a family in this just before Christmas to! See for yourself been asking for months for help bare in mind only lived in the property 8 months!! And then to be told to clean the mould with bleach which bleach and mould causes a toxicity when mixed and is even more damaging to our health!!!
