I bought a black jumping saddle 9 months ago from your stockist in Johannesburg, South Africa for R65,000.00.We were told that the black jumping saddle fitted my horse and would suit his form and his growth. After we purchased the saddle, we have had non stop issues, to a point whereby my horse got a pressure point sore on his back near his whither. After many call outs for flocking, saddle pads at great time and expense the saddle still did not fit and our horse was blamed. We were told he has symmetry issues, his feet had issues, we needed physio. After calling out our vet, farrier, physio, all of our riding instructures it was unanimous that it was the saddle and not the horse. The saddle has clearly never fitted this horse. Your Albion saddle fitter clearly does not know how to fit saddles and gave us bad advice.We are extremely disappointed with the service we have received from Albion. You would expect a much better service when purchasing a premium brand.We would like to return the saddle and get a partial refund as either there is clearly something wrong with your saddles or something wrong with the way the saddle was fitted.

Worst qaulity saddle I have ever owned. Massive whole in the leather seat which only gets bigger because Albion doesnt respond to emails or stockists and I have nothing else to ride in. This has taken months to try and repair. Its a 3 years old Fabrento and just after 2 years. (when the warranty on leather was over) it started to crack and now I need and new seat and mattress and Albion dont offer a solution except contact your stockist for a repair. Stockists says repair can take 3-6 months and I must pay all costs like postage to and from UK etc, so basically 1/2 a saddle. So after 2.5 years with a new saddle I need another new one because the qaulity was so bad and it can take 1/2 a year (what else do I ride with) and a lot of $$$$$ to get a repair. 0 customer support from Albion. Will never get another saddle from them again. I have had saddles from Passier, Bates and Prestihe and never had such a problem.
