Didn't turn up (for the second time). When given feedback via text was rude and even worse on the phone. You lose business making promises you can't keep and potential clients like dirt.

Great service and left garden spotless would use again.

Great job! Mark and his colleague were friendly, quick and did a great job of reducing two trees and getting rid of a buddleia for me. Also got rid of all the debris so everything was left nice and tidy. Recommend to anyone!

I have had oaky tree couple of times, I have been generally happy with their services but this year the person in charge(I don't know his name )came and looked round the garden we agreed on the price ,made a date to come to do pruning, before he was supposed to come I moved all the pots generally made the garden ready for him .He never came i phoned him twice did not answer, left massage nothing no response very poor quality .

Mark took out a long hedge for me , removed and replaced the fence with good quality fencing, he worked extremely hard and left the garden clean and tidy, I would recommend Mark to everyone he’s very competitive and friendly 10 out of 10.Thank you Mark.
