I asked for a white coffee, they gave me a black coffee... First World problem, I know, but how can you get it so wrong...? Not 5he first time either. Useless.

Lady serving was very rude about the fact that we bought some sandwiches that she had wanted to use in too good to go bags, i apologised and she just looked at me and sighed!

Just like any other Gregg's, but at Motorway service prices. Just costs a bit more than normal high street located stores, but still good value for a bacon baguette and coffee.

Love it the coffee is good for the price as are the sausages rolls. All served by very happy and friendly staff who are always willing to help by moving seats to assist a couple of 80 year olds sit to drink coffee & eat sausage rolls. Great!!!

Always great food and at reasonable prices. You can get a coffee and a sandwich (and maybe even a cake or bun)for the price of a coffee at Costa or Starbucks. Shops are always clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. In these difficult times, the well-being of customers and staff is a high priority.
