I can't recommend Jack enough! He took my family and I too the airport and was more than accommodating with all the extra luggage that comes with travelling with a small baby.Not only did he provide an excellent service but he is one of the nicest guys you will find!

recently used the little bus co for a drop off and pick up to the airport for a group of 5 inc full luggage.jack was prompt and courteous,loaded up our cases and drove very professionally to our destination..a very easy going guy to have a chat with and his mini bus was very comfortable( ford transit custom) with plenty of room for all of us.the return pick up was just as smooth as the drop off,would highly recommend jacks mini bus service to anyone who doesnt want the stress and hassle of airport parking ..5 stars all day long

From the very first telephone conversation Dennis was polite, friendly and gained my trust. Dennis is very friendly, punctual and felt like a member of family driving us to the airport! The vehicle was spotless and new. Dennis made the four of us feel welcomed and easy to talk to. Absolute brilliant service. Dennis stayed in touch with flight times and even on return home from the plane landing he was punctual and there ready for us. I can highly recommend Dennis and The Little Bus Co Ltd. What excellent service from Little Bus Co. We booked airport transfers for 8 of us. Immaculate vehicle. Great advice on best time to leave with traffic. Help with child seats etc. We have booked our transfers again for next year already!

Dennis drove us (a hen party of 12) from Worcester to Bristol.Couldn't fault the service, friendly, reliable.The 16 seater was very clean and even came with a complimentary bottle of water which was a lovely touch.Bless him, he coped very well with 12 loud, over excited women.Would definitely recommend the little bus company and will use again in future.Thanks Ken (lol) xx

Jack and the Little Bus Co provide an excellent service. From the initial contact, with really quick feedback, very reasonable quote and then great customer updates prior to the journey. The drive to the airport in London was smooth, comfortable and we had every confidence in his driving skills.Our return flight was cancelled hours before departure, but Jack did not disappoint. He was happy to collect us from another airport, (for an additional fee of course as was further away), but he raised no difficulties in the change of plan, and he was really happy to help, checking in on me during the multiple flights and ensuring we were doing OK. In addition, he then arranged for another taxi to collect my husband later the same day, as he ended up being on a later flight arriving at another airport (...don't ask...!).We would definitely recommend this company again. Thank you.

Dennis is an absolute star. He sorted out the transport for over 80 guests at our wedding, taking them from home to church to hotel to venue and back to hotel over the day. It could of been a nightmare with lots of different timings and requirements but he helped everyone get to the right place at the right time, from children to adults. Excellent communication, meant no stress on the day for me as I knew my guests were in great hands. Thankyou x

Dennis is a friendly, very patient man (when you have a road trip with my grandchildren)very well priced and cheapest we found in Worcester. From first phone call to drop off point the service is amazing. I have recommended to few friends who have used for weddings and also transfers to airports. And I know they were also impressed and would recommend. You get pillows and water on journeys and children's seats are also provided. Highly recommend, even if Dennis was the most expensive we would still use him as the service is just 100%. This year will be our 6th trip with Dennis.
