I don't normally write reviews but my experience with Victorian Plumbing is the worst service I have every received so thought I'd share. I only ordered one item for my new bathroom from the company but I wish I'd paid more and bought elsewhere. I ordered a toilet that arrived broken. I called up and at this point they were very helpful and arranged a next day delivery for a new one. This also arrived broken. It was this point where the trouble started. I called up on the Friday to be told I could recieve a new one by the Saturday. I didn't hear anything so called on the Saturday to be told I shouldn't have been told Saturday, it would arrive on Tuesday at the latest. VP say you can track your order online but the only information it gives is a vague 'end of the day' and you recieve no indication of time slot, or even day. In the end, my toilet did not arrive until 7pm on the Wednesday, despite many calls from me to VP about the urgency as at this point I had been without a flushing toilet for a week and a half. VP was very dismissive and made me feel like this was my fault and my problem despite the fact they had delivered two broken toilets and were 6 days late in finally delivering the third (which thankfully was in one piece). At every stage I had to call or email them and received limited communication in return, always from a different team member so I had no idea if my complaints were even being logged as I was having to re-explain my situation daily. In the end, they begrudgingly offered me £50 off my order of £230 and this was after a LOT of calls and pressure. They then only refunded me half of that amount until I complained AGAIN. I was still not happy with such a paltry discount for all the stress, time and money the issue had caused me so continued to pursue my claim and have been ignored ever since. On top of all of this, it is the customer's responsibility and cost to dispose of these bulky broken toilets that are now littering my house. NEVER USE VICTORIAN PLUMBING!!!!!

The product arrived in a re-sealed box without the fixings and the customer service agent 'Andreas Tsimboykas' was condescending and rude. Having used VP before many times, I sadly i won't be using them again

When you buy a product that is just not good design and doesn't work (not because that product is faulty, but because it is cheap) they won't cover the damage that product caused to your wall (in our case, a poor quality towel rail) and will try to push back on refunding the postage. At a push if you ask for it you may get a 5% discount on your next order, which is basically nothing. Just be aware that this is the extent of the customer service because that is what their terms and conditions say" (as if that makes it better). Good luck!"

Having heard horror stories of bodge jobs and overpricing from plumbers I was unsure as to who I would employ to fix my faulty boiler. I was recommended to Victoria Heating by my uncle (a retired plumber) and couldn’t be happier with the service, price and speed of the work. I have passed their details onto many a friend who have also expressed how happy they were with the work done. Would and do highly recommend

Absolutely shocking - will never recommend. Twice I ordered my bathroom units from them- the first time when the wood began to swell and split I was convinced by customer services that it was my fault (lack of maintenance") which surprised me given I felt I'd maintained the bathroom well. Having spent hundreds of pounds to replace the units

Matt has been fantastic in fixing various faults and leaks that were caused from using another plumbing firm during renovations. The shower/bath no longer leaks and the underfloor heating finally works. Also very reasonable prices.

Be WARNED!! I purchased a shower unit from this place in May. The delivery was on time but the unit is defective. I have answered all of their question, sent multiple pics and vids and they have refused to send me a new unit. I suggest you find a more reputable vendor than I did.

Victoria heating replaced a boiler/ flue for me with minimum fuss and very neat, precise work. They answered all my queries patiently and clearly. Trustworthy and recommended.Two things to note:1/ They’re a small, busy family firm and do not always answer calls during busy times2/ Two previous reviews (1 good, 1 bad) below have been mistakenly left on this page, but actually refer to a bathroom supply company with the same name

Forget getting in touch with them. Love chat has a bot and will make your life a misery.

When I moved into my new house we had a very old leaky bathroom + terrible heating and I didn’t have a clue were to start. A friend recommended Victoria Heating & Plumbing and thank God they did, the Gents that came were extremely helpful and knowledgeable keeping me involved every step of the way. Now I have fantastic heating all throughout the house and the finish of my bathroom is perfect. Anyone with plumbing/heating issues then I always 100% recommend them. Top professionals.
