Went in today to buy some presents for my dog ready for Christmas. All the choices appeared high-quality and there was plenty of selection for my budget. They also had liver brownies for 50p; I've just fed it to my dog and she absolutely loved it.

Fantastic little pet shop in the heart of Winchester. Perfect to pop into when in town, I take my pup in on the way to work and he loves choosing his favourite chews and treats from here. It's so handy. Very helpful staff with great advice, which is brilliant for a new dog owner like me.

If I could give a minus star I would. Owner of this shop only interested on regulars. I walked in her shop did not even get a hello let alone ask if I need any help. Shop owners attitude towards shoppers who just pop in for an odd bag of food, treats or poo bags is unwelcoming. Oh, ps trying to buy anything under £3 have cash on you. Even market stalls in the market would take card.Wouldn't recommend to any of my friends.

Absolutely amazing pet shop!! Always so helpful and chatty, I come in here regularly to get natural chews for my puppy. Got a collar in here for her last weekend and it fits amazing and has the cutest pattern! It will definitely fit her for the next few months. I even pick up the treats in here to take back to my mum's in Kent! Couldn't recommend enough!! I'd give more stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best place in Winchester for your every day pet things! Love buying from local pet stores as you feel you are always taken care of, best selection of treats for our puppy compared to the bigger pet stores and the service is always friendly! Would recommend anyone in the area with a pet to pop in and see what they have. Prices are fair and the products are top notch !
