Not the best customer service in the world! Purchased a road bike from Halfords a couple of years back, the brakes and gearing needed a little adjustment. Took it into Mullens and all I got from the shop owner was attitude! I simply asked for 2 things, and all I got from him was how rubbish the cycle was, in his words you purchased a cycle from Halfords and you should expect to get rubbish". I didn't ask his opinion of the cycle

Brought my bike into here for a repair. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable and the service was quick and reasonably priced. Would recommend.

I took my mountain bike to Mullens for a service, buckled wheel and a whole host of other problems. The owner is very knowledgeable, gave me a good estimate of cost and took the bike in straight away. I was expecting him to have the bike for at least a couple of days but two hours later he messaged me to say it’s ready to pick up. Fantastic little shop, highly recommended.

Wife decided to by granddaughter a scooter for Christmas.Purchased on line, self assembly and easy they said.Could not build it, wheels not in line, brakes useless.Dropped it into Mullens, and asked his advice.Decided to let them assemble it.Job done in 2 days. Great service. Polite owner, good price.Really pleased 5***** all the way.
