I took my remote control of my car to be replaced the keypad was worn they ended up ruining my remote control and they how to order a new key and remote from my car company at their cost I would never use them again

I am over the moon with Dave! Thank you so much, I had a pillow personalised from a online business and it came blurry and with the zip broken and got days now me and anyone I know has tried to fix it so we took it to timpson on the off chance they fix pillows while we went to do our weekly shop, it was brand new in less than a hour he made a new one with the picture better and I just couldn't be happier thanks again to Dave you've made my day!:)

Was told i would get a call back for a key no return call. Also was told that i cant have a new blade cut i have to buy the complete key. I managed to get someone to do just the blade. Waste of time for me

Absolutely lovely people work here. Took shoes in for resoling after they peeled slightly. One need stitching to. No charge. They considered the other Timpson store should have done a better job. Plus they put holes in a new belt. Again. No charge. The ethos of this company is spot on. Empowered staff with a mission for good service. I will not go to any other company for anything shoe repair related. Thank you.
