Thank you Beth and all at Alnorthumbria Wooler for looking after 'Dave' with his recent operation. First class care, service and 'bedside manner' I craved for from other local Vets. Wouldn't trust my pooch with anyone else. He even left with a new 'squeak!'.

Got 7 anti inflammatory tablets for my dog last week, cost £34, nearly fell over but bought them anyway. Later found them on line, 30 tablets for £32 so arranged with the vet (on the phone) to pick up a prescription. Called in today to pick up the prescription, not ready, unwelcoming vet (different vet), not even a hello or a smile. Poor customer service.

Excellent veterinary staff. Very friendly, approachable also helpful and patient answering lots of queries! Definitely recommend.Wooler practice is easy to locate, with ample parking. Very clean and sterile inside whilst still being welcoming.

We are holiday in Seahouses and our sprocker was taken ill yesterday. When we called the Wooler branch, the receptionist managed to squeeze us in on a same day appointment and when we arrived Jodi came out to our car and was immediately a friendly and reassuring presence for us and our dog. By the time we had driven back to Seahouses, Jodi had called to give us the good news about the blood test results and advice on overnight care. She said we could call the 24 hours on call number and she would be on duty. She even rang us at lunchtime today just to check up on our dog, who was by this time back on form. My first ever Google review but wanted to share such an amazing experience, something that you could only wish for from your GP!

If you value your pet, stay clear of here, I had such a bad time when my girl got mowed down, I stayed loyal to them as I've used them before, the receptionist is absolutely useless and arrogant, loyalty means nothing now a days I ended up without a cat and out of pocket, I will never recommend this vets and I will never use this vets again

Best vets around, always willing to give you advise via the phone regarding your pets. Very thoughtful guys, been using these vets for years. Received nothing but great services they genuinely care about your animals.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable vets, good advice and tips for keeping your pet well. Being a rural practice they have extensive experience in equine and farm animal care. The Wooler practice is in a good location just off the A697, the scenic route between Morpeth and Edinburgh.

We was on holiday when my border Collie Bella injured her leg. Got an appointment within the hour. Vet found out straight away that one of her pads was split. Very professional and was very good with our dog. Thanks again.

First visit. Reception quick and friendly. Appointment on time. Vet very engaging, full of good advice and helpful, great 'bedside manner' with dog. Injections and nasally administered medicine done completely without fuss without the dog even noticing. Very well impressed.
