AVOID AVOID AVOID. Appalling, lying, unsafe, illegal practice. Sold me a car with a ‘clean mot’ got home and the screen wash wasn’t working. So took it to my local garage. Once up on the ramp it was clear that there were at least 5 obvious MOT fails that made the car dangerous and unfit to be on the road. The garage fobbed me off, delayed, lied to me, and then eventually gave me a tiny amount of money that didn’t even cover a 1/4 of the cost of repairs to make the car road legal. I have been advised by my local garage that the vehicle had been in a major accident that had been very poorly repaired and the vehicle should not have been in the road in that state. I was told I was lucky it hadn’t come off the road. Now that the car is road legal finally I have chased up the dvla as my log book never arrived. Turns out this dodgey garage didn’t even both to register the sale! Please avoid con artists at work! No doubt they’ll gloss over this with more lies, they should be in politics…

Very lovely people, so helpful and let everything happen on your terms. Felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and they are very patient and understanding, whether you just need time to think or if you’re trying to find a collection day that suits you. Great car and great service, can’t go wrong.

We took my daughter to look at a car here. Her and my hubby took a couple on test drive. We found nothing she liked in her price range. We got some great advice from Adhi whilst there. He was very helpful. Would recommend

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! Sold my partner a vehicle that came up with a fault a couple of days after taking it home. The “owner” then “left” the business when we said we were unhappy with what we’d been sold. Having had several days unpaid off work, they know have both the car and our money. We’ve demanded a refund and now they are ignoring our calls. Dodgy business!!!!! Legal action is clearly needed… it’s THEFT!

Decided to upgrade my car, and go with these guys! I drove it home, and that's as far I got with it! Straight into limp mode, had the diagnostics on it, where i found there was quite a few issues with the engine! Due to be goingOn holiday 2 days from buying the car, the garage loaned me one off the forecourt. They had my vehicle just over 3 weeks, so you can feel my frustration! Having just bought it! But within a few days of Sam (manager)returning from his holiday he had got my car into a garage, replaced the engine had it valeted and even put fuel in it for me. So with everything considered I cannot recommend Advantage Motors enough, rocky start but came up trumps for me, I cannot recommend these guys enough in all honesty they bent over backwards to sort it . Sam your a star mate, thankyou for all your hard work over the past week..

We bought a car from this place with high hopes of it being a good car & easy transaction - we couldn’t have been more wrong. 7 miles into the journey home the engine management light came on. We took the car back and we were told we could either take a full refund, or wait a few days for the car to be fixed. Because all of the paperwork had been done & insurance was already set up, we decided to wait a few days. These few days turned into 3 weeks of messages being ignored & false promises being made. In the end, we asked for a full refund, which we were told would be possible, but £200 would be held until the log book was posted with recorded delivery. This then turned into £300, and then eventually, almost £7000 was being held from us with no communication. Phone calls and text messages were all being ignored. Eventually we got our money back after mentioning solicitors getting involved. I could not NOT recommend this place enough. Take your money elsewhere!!

I got my Nissan Juke from these guys around four weeks ago now. When I viewed it I pointed out broken mirror on the wing mirror and that there was no boot cover or spare wheel/wheel repair kit. They sorted everything as soon as they possibly could. Prior to going here I went to another trader who sold me a car that broke down after a few days and had zero customer service so I was really scared to buy a car again. However, these guys put me totally at ease and I know I can call them anytime for advice. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in car dealerships ☺️

Looked at a Toyota Aygo very helpful staff. No pushy sales ppl. Just nice easy relaxing look round . Purchased vehicle and was treated amazingly. Highly recommended
