Wonderful and caring vets, nurses, and receptionists. Although they were fully booked when our dog needed urgent care, they made room to accommodate her. Very thorough with their treatment and communication too. Highly recommended!

I have been taking my dog Charlie to Battersea Medivet for 8 years now - initially recommended by a good friend. Miha is an exceptional vet, and a beautiful person, so caring and always giving 100% every visit. This level of care and professionalism reflect on the culture of the whole team who are always nice, accommodating & super helpful.It is such a great comfort to be able to rely on your vet and trust that they will look after your furry friend with love and much care. My experience over the years has always been a high standard of care, professionalism and understanding. I haven’t had a single “bad” experience, not once.Any time I’ve called in to ask for advice or anything at all, the team were prompt to advise, help or even get back to me the same day with the right information.There have been times I have non - intentionally missed an appointment, and was treated with nothing but kindness. No matter how busy the team are, I have never felt rushed, and any time I needed an emergency appointment, they would find the time for Charlie to be seen. Prompt and efficient at communicating, and always transparent with their fees, making sure you are well informed before any treatment takes place.I honestly don’t know what more a person could ask for, I feel so lucky and extremely grateful!Thank you so much Miha and the team at Battersea - super grateful for your kindness and for always being able to walk away knowing that Charlie is well cared for, it means the world. <3

I have been blessed with Miha and his team. He has seen my two Bengal cats over 10 years, with the kindest heart and smile, and always sound and trustworthy advise. It is such an important part of being a pet parent to have a vet who is knowledgeable, and who truly cares about your pets and you. Forever thankful!

The actual veterinary practitioners are good and want the best for the pets, but the rest of the staff need training or extra help! They are so 'busy' that you're always having to wait on the phone to get through or wait in the vets as the appointments are rarely on time.Recently my dog had a stomach upset so had to have a night at the vet hospital. The following day when I came to collect him from Medivet on Battersea Park Road, the receptionist didn’t seem to understand the invoice so didn’t ask for any payment. When I requested to pay the balance, she seemed flustered and tried charging me the full bill amount despite me paying their mandatory deposit of 50% the day before.Once this was sorted, the vet assistant came out to greet me and told me I would need to wait 40 minutes as my dog wasn’t back from the hospital. I informed her that I’d been told he was in the building and to come and collect him. She was sure that my dog wasn’t there and that I needed to wait, however he has an air tag on his harness, so I was able to prove that he was the building. Minutes later, the confused assistant retrieved my dog. When she brought him out, she gave me his medication and when I asked questions about it, she had no idea what each dose was for or how much to give him. After her going back and forth to get the information from the vet, it was all very confused, so I had to ring up later to reconfirm the details.This trip to the vets cost me just over £2k, so I promptly made a claim with my insurance company. I’ve now chased Medivet 3 times to get the details over to my insurance company, and 9 weeks later, I’m still waiting. Initially they told me they have a 4-6 week turn around because they are so busy; however, it’s now getting closer to 10 weeks and they seem like they're just ignoring it, which is just unacceptable.There are lots of other highly recommended vets in Battersea, so once this claim is sorted, I will be moving my dog to a new practice.

Nice place, amazing people. I took my dog the other day- a 40kg Labrador, only one year old. He was all excited, enthusiastic, energetic, jumping on the vet, wanted to play and run around. Everyone was patient, they made time to check up on it. They spoiled it with treats even after he pee on their shelves. He is much better normally, but he gets excited with new people/places. Anyway, only good things to say about the place- clean, professional and about the people - great team! I am really happy to have found it!

I have been using this practice for a long time and the staff may change, but all have been friendly, caring and understanding. I always feel that my precious pets are well cared for.

While the staff, in general, appeared friendly, there were several concerning issues that overshadowed any positive aspects of the visit.Unfortunately, I must highlight an individual named Lola, who I believe to be the manager or owner of this branch. Her behavior caused immense stress, not only for me but also for my dog. It was disheartening to witness her mistreatment of a pet that had done nothing to warrant such treatment.Lola displayed an extreme lack of professionalism and respect. She would frequently raise her voice on the phone, attempting to impose unnecessary visits and additional charges upon me. I was overcharged for a travel certificate on three separate occasions, an act that I found wholly unacceptable. The complete disregard for customer satisfaction and respect was truly dismaying.In my experience, Lola was the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever encountered. Her demeanor and actions were far from what one would expect from someone in a customer-oriented profession, especially in an establishment that deals with the welfare of beloved pets.Regrettably, due to this negative encounter, I cannot recommend Medivet Battersea. The stress and mistreatment caused by Lola's actions overshadowed any positive aspects of the visit. It is crucial for any establishment to prioritize customer satisfaction, professionalism, and respect, especially when dealing with beloved animal companions.I sincerely hope that Medivet Battersea takes appropriate action to address these concerns and ensures a more pleasant experience for future customers and their pets.

I had my very first puppy and these guys were our vets, they offer an amazing puppy clinic service of very reasonable and affordable value. Darroch and Bella were absolutely wonderful, they have such invaluable advice, information and support to me and my puppy, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Also, my friend's 12 year old labrador got very sick and died during the time we were attending the puppy clinics, and they could not have been more kind, sensitive and supportive to my friend during a very sad time. Again. Highly recommend.

Despite repeated checks they were unable to diagnose our puppy’s giardia. Especially frustrating with labs being off site and extremely expensive.Another vet solved the issue in 1 appointment with about 20mins of care.Don’t recommend.
