Amazing as always!! We very rarely need to go to the vets. Luckily have healthy pets. But every time we do go, the vets are just fab, clearly love what they do and totally get how stressful it is for owner. Very understanding. You couldn't ask for any more.

I highly recommend Rufford Veterinary Group Wennington Road Southport. All staff are so professional and caring about animals and owners. My dog Ebony had dental work including cleaning her teeth and extraction of five teeth. I was amazed how quick I received a phone call to collect Ebony after her procedure. All my questions and concerns were answered before and after the dental work. Ebony was very well looked after. Thank you so much to everyone involved.

Been coming for several years. Always had the very best service for my pets. And reception staff are always really helpful and considerate. During very sad times, I found the help and support so kind and helpful throughout.

Vet was great although expensive. £50 consultation. Paracetamol was £15 plus (?) For 4 tablets broken into 4 small pieces.Not sure if charges is less or more than other vets.Reception staff and vet friendly.I use this veterinary practice as I trust them.

Vet was great with my rabbits however not happy that the price had increased from £44 to £144! Expensive check up. My advice ask the price in advance as we didn't then we had no option but to pay it.

Thank you to Rufford for the wonderful service provided for my boys whilst they were all under your care. Lovely vets and lovely staff. Outstanding service provided for all my cats with the utmost care. Sarah is such a good vet and couldn’t do enough for my boys. Just a brilliant practice. Thank you for everything over the years, we have now moved area so are at a new vets hopefully just as good as yourselves xx

Mike the Vet, was brilliant (as usual) and always takes good care of our dogs, and gives us lots of reassurance, especially when we are worried about any health issues, injuries or necessary procedures. We’re really grateful to see him this time again, as he always helps my daughter feel less anxious about our dogs having any treatment. Our dog was very happy to see him too!

Love my vets at at the RVG Southport branch, which i have used for more than 20 years now. The reception team are so friendly and helpful, and the vets and nurses are always so good with the pets, and know their stuff. My Meeka wanted particularly to thank Mike for doing her op yesterday - she's recovered v fast, although unimpressed that she can't have a walk for a few days. Think she likes her blue bandage though, as she hasn't tried to chew it yet!

My cockerel sustained an injury from a dog. I found it difficult to find a vet willing to have a look at Colin. Rufford was recommended andAn appointment was made quickly. My first visit was a positive experience. Lovely staff at reception and a vet who gave me confidence when he knew the exact location of the injury and the treatment to give.Thank you!
