Venchi Chocolate & Gelato Long Acre
A fairly decent ice cream place in central London. Overall, I have to say I have other places that I prefer to Venchi. However, this is not necessarily bad ice cream. Their 75% chocolate had a nice bitterness that I quite liked. Unfortunately their pistachio flavour seems very water down though.Full marks for the waffle cone that is not sweet at all which is a really nice change.

Rizwa was very nice and attentive to their customers and my experience in venchi was extremely nice.. Highly recommend and I tried couple of chocolates which were really tasted nice and they help you to pick the nice chocolates. Also you can try if you love to taste any of the flavours.

Love this ice cream! Stracciatella is my favorite. Nice chunks of dark chocolate and creamy gelato. I love their chocolates too. All of them. Staff are nice. Prices are not cheap but you get a real Italian ice cream that tastes so good!

If you have a sweet tooth, this should be on your list. The ice cream was amazing and they have a wide selection of flavours. They also do crepes and chocolates if you don't want any ice cream. This place is fairly busy but the queue moved fast

I would specially like to thank Masbana and Anvesh, they are so patient with us and so so calm and the Masbana helped us with the offers and club services , Anvesh is helping us with the most awesome flavours and deals, and the Manager and assistant manager were so cool and controlling the crowd in an awesome way , like chill ….. I like the cute smile of manager to welcome, she doesn’t even have and manager ego and everyone in the store are awesome…… I had a great experience.

Venchi Chocolate & Gelato Long Acre
An excellent place, as always, for your ice cream needs. Venchi will always deliver the best ice cream, and this branch upholds the tradition. This branch could be busy at times, but queue in general is quick.There is no seating place. The place is clean, well lit, and easily accessible from Covent Garden shopping areas. Again, the ice cream is marvelous.

Firstly, the staff here is just AMAZING! I didn't ask the names, but Saturday 16th at around 8:45pm. I'm hoping the owners are aware of the lovely and hard working staff they have and they deserve a pay rise. The ice cream is expensive at 6.70£ for a small cup, but because of the exceptional customer service I didn't care about the price.Nice ice cream, soft, creamy and delicious.
