Went to Gloucester M&S café today. Free kids meal with two pots of tea. Jakub was very helpful, polite and friendly with me and the kids to choose the appropriate items. Thank you!

Staff is always helpful if you're unable to find anything. Store is clean and tidy, easy to get around. Lift if you need to use. Toilets nice and clean and the cafe.

I had a lovely experience, I was looking for an item, but there wasn't any on the shelf/shop floor. I asked a member of staff (Lisa) who couldn't be more than helpful. It was refreshing to have someone who would help and check the stockroom. Well done, @gloucestermarks&spencer

I was working as security from September there today I tried to leave 5 minutes early as my dad is at the end of life in a dementia home but The Manager was so rude and said you don't leave untill 16.30 that's when I pay you till so I quit she runs it like Hess ran the concentration camp the staff are so scared of her she's had members of staff in tears she and her two side kicks are just bullies awful run store better off shopping at Waitrose morrisons Aldis anywhere but there ....

thanks for having me today. I had a nice sourdough toastie & decaf latte & they were heavenly before my driving theory test... id come back here for sure rather than scabby costa overlooking the dossers by the fountains

I really like Marks and Spencers I bought the free from Wheat cheese New Yorker sandwich and it tasted delicious and was £3.75 which is reasonable for Gluten Free.
