Leodis Stairlifts Sheffield

I recently decided I needed a stairlift and after searching the web for suppliers opted for Leodis Stairlifts because the website stated it was a family run business and recommended by Which and Trustpilot. I phoned them and their representative Russ came to see us. He told us what was available and we opted for renting. Within two days the lift was fitted and working. Excellent service. Excellent and prompt service from survey to installation to after care. Also exceptionally good value for money. The product I received compares very favourably with other models, and arrangements for servicing and maintenance are definitely superior to others I considered when looking at stairlifts.

I purchased a stairlift for my parents house. We decided to go for a refurbished unit as they were excellent value and came with the same warranty as the brand new ones.There were no high pressure sales tactics used and the process from start to finish has been seamless. We ordered the stairlift on Monday afternoon and it was fitted Wednesday morning. The initial salesman was helpful, polite and highly professional. The engineer who fitted the stair left had it fitted within 3 hours with no mess or hassle and he trained my parents how to use it.Only at this point when we were 100% happy did they ask for any money.My mom has said that the new stairlift has been a godsend and it has given them both more freestanding flexibility. I would highly recommend Leodis Stairlifts.

I really appreciated dealing with Leodis Stairlifts. Nigel was very thorough in checking out the home, measuring and explaining the various options to us. We went with a reconditioned stairlift, feeling safe with this option as Nigel explained that the reconditioned stairlifts they sell are only their own made ones, that are less than a year old and have been thoroughly serviced and checked etc. I'm not sure I'd be able to tell it apart from new to be honest. There was no heavy selling, no pushing, no marketing spam mail or calls. Leodis have been a pleasure to deal with, they clearly take customer satisfaction and doing a good job very seriously indeed.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on our experience.

I contacted Leodis and a surveyor was out the next day and the stairlift was fitted within two days. Both the surveyor and the fitter were superb being sympathetic to my requirements and doing a first class job. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them,

Very helpful and professional, from my initial inquiry through to the completed installation. I opted for refurbished equipment which offered a significant discount on the price of new - but it's impossible to tell that it actually isn't new. Highly recommended.

The first consultant Nigel was extremely courteous and knowledgeable he exerted no pressure, simply telling us the price and leaving us to make the decision which was much appreciated. After agreeing the purchase of a curved stairlift it eas installed within 2 days by a very efficient and polite engineer. It has made such a difference to our situation.
