My wife dropped her phone into the sea and on her return we tried to see if it could be repaired as she had loads of photos that weren’t backed up. We were told it couldn’t be done so I searched online and iPhonetec Repairs, South Marston, Swindon came up. I spoke to Warren at iPhonetec who said he would do his best to see if there was anything he could do. At the same time, I brought my daughter’s iPhone that had stopped working to see what he could do with it. A few days later Warren phoned confirming the component holding the photos on my wife’s phone was too badly damaged to retrieve anything and therefore there would be no charge. Warren managed to reset my daughter’s phone to factory settings, retaining all the info that was on it. Her battery was completely shot so he replaced it (at no cost) with a temporary one that doesn’t have a full charge just so he could get it back to her asap . If she needs a new battery we’re to let him know. The price for this work was very very reasonable and the service was excellent. I am very confident in recommending iPhonetec Repairs for any iPhone repairs.

Quick efficient service, was very pleased with Warren’s repair to my iPhone X

unfortunately i did not have a good experience. was the other year but feel i need to share my experience as time has passed went with 2 phones that needed new screens, he repaired one and told me the other screen was being delivered so to come back in a week for that. first phone screen was lifting in the corner soon as we got home. took it back and had the cheek to try make me pay for another screen which i said no too and he replaced at own cost. he then said he couldn't get a screen for mine and to pick up whilst fixing the screen on the first one. once i got it home he had taken apart the back and it was hanging off. i couldn't say anything as he had the other phone still and left it as a lesson learned for going to someone cheap who does it from home. well i couldn't afford to repair the front and now back of second phone so left it. today i look at getting it fixed as my new phone broke to notice he completely took the back off and broke all internal bits on pulling it off. sorry to leave a negative review but i didn't have a positive experience.

Warren was great - he fixed my iPhone on a Saturday - replaced the back - iPhone works perfectly and looks like new. Would highly recommend Warren - he is so helpful and very good at his job

Great service from Warren. Dropped iPhone off at 11am was ready to collect by 1.30pm. A water damaged phone was in full working order again & for a great price! 100% recommendations from me.
