Lovely lads, went in as my boyfriend’s charging port wasn’t working on his phone. They cleared what was blocking it and we was on our way within minutes:) would highly recommend and will definitely be back if needed.

Went in to the Ripon store to get my data moved from my phone to my tablet and the young man serving was very polite and helpful, he answered all of my questions and gave me great impartial advice on a new phone and SIM plans.Cannot recommend the store and young man highly enough a real pleasure to talk with.

What an amazing guy - woke up and my phone had a completely blank screen. Took it down to Fonehouse Ripon and he looked at it straight away, said give it a minute and my phone was back up and running. He's an absolute gentleman. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. We need to support this company and keep it local. I'm so glad you were recommended to me. Thank you so much.

I called into Fonehouse Ripon with my security camera which I couldn’t get to work.The customer service I received was second to none. They were patient, knowledgeable and managed to get everything working for me.I highly recommend this shop and it’s lovely staff.
