We had an ongoing wasp problem and Rory quickly identified 3 nests which needed attention. They were effectively treated and the problem has now gone. I found Rory to be punctual, knowledgeable and he gave good advice and reassurance that the problem could be solved. His rates were very competitive.

Top notch, responded quickly when we found a nest under the floor of our living room through an air brick. Rory considered our environment and dogs in his assessment of the best treatment. When we noticed the next day that the treatment wasn't successful came straight back and used a different insecticide at no extra cost to us. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - will definitely use again if needed.

Excellent service from start to finish. Guests in our holiday cottage noticed wasps entering the vents above the back door so it was urgent that this was sorted asap. They were able to call to the cottage within a couple of hours. Thank you.Guests were impressed with the service and everything was clearly explained to them. Called at 10am and they were here by 3pm. Work done to clear a wasps nest. Very professional, explained everything and carried out very safely. Would 100% recommend and will use again if necessary

From initial communication, it was clear that this business was both helpful and professional. Rory dealt with a wasps nest on our roof quickly and carefully. The charge was reasonable and we found him to be both personable and knowledgable. He clearly puts customers first and is an all round very nice gentleman. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

After chatting to Rory he came out within a couple of hours to spray a large wasp nest which was very active. Correct health and safety procedures adhered to and customer copy of the treatment sheet. A very professional, responsive service and I would thoroughly recommend them.
