I recently had an issue in squirrels in my loft in my home in the North of Glasgow. Previous pest control hadn't sorted the issue and it was becoming stressful trying to get rid of them. Can’t recommend Colin enough. We unfortunately had a dead fox in our garden which needed removed, phoned Colin on the Friday night and he was out by Saturday morning. I contacted Colin on behalf of my Gran who had a problem in her house with ants. Colin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable even during the initial call. It transpired the infestation was greater than we first anticipated which resulted in Colin having to attend the house several times. At each visit Colin turned up on time when he said he would, he was thorough & took the time to explain the process & reassure my Gran, who was very stressed with the whole situation. Not only this but given the fact my Gran is elderly he took the time to send me a follow up text after each visit in terms of next steps etc. Nothing was ever a bother - despite the fact it turned out to be a challenging & much bigger problem we were dealing with. As I was unsure of the noise I was dealing with in the loft, I called Elite to check position. Colin arrived and was extremely helpful. He fully explains potential actions to take to get rid of the problem. He not only takes his time to cover all bases and not rush the job but reassures you every step of the way.
