Pure & Applied Conservation Framing LLP

I would highly recommend Pure and Applied. I've had a few prints framed elsewhere in the past and been pleased with the results but I think that the quality of finish and attention to detail at Pure is really excellent and I will definitely return in future. Harriet makes the various framing options very clear at the outset from glass, to mounting to choice of frame which is very helpful if, like me, you are largely unfamiliar with the process.

We are spoilt for choice in London when it comes to picture framers but I believe I have found one of the best and right in the heart of Bermondsey! The interior is truly special, once you find it, they sell amazing antique frames and if you want something different this is the place to come. I have used their framing service many many times over the last 7 or 8 years and while they are not the cheapest they know what they are doing and are always really patient and take the time to come up with the right option. They have a great team working there and the finished job is worth every penny and I should know as I have made the mistake of paying for cheap frames elsewhere in the past.

All in all a great experience. This Company really went the extra mile and I will definitely be using them for future framing projects. Fully recommended!

I have commissioned Pure & Applied on many occasions for my framing needs and can never fault my experience. These range from small and intricate jobs - where they are always on hand to provide an interesting and elegant means of mounting - right through to large frames where structural stability becomes a serious consideration and where their attention to detail is paramount.Visiting their workshop is always a pleasure, as they have a treasure trove of prints and antiquities to explore. The only problem is that I usually leave with more than just the framing I went in to collect ;-)
