We have had our Atag boiler serviced by this company for several years now. It is always very straightforward to make an appointment and the engineers are always very reliable and courteous. We previously had a slight issue with the boiler warranty which Gareth kindly sorted out for us personally. Would highly recommend.

Gareth and the team recently installed a combi boiler in place of our old regular boiler moving it from the kitchen to the upstairs airing cupboard. They also installed a new shower. What great service! Dan and Lorenzo arrived promptly each morning and worked non-stop from the moment they arrived until the time they left. They left the house spotless when they finished the job and the boiler works a treat. I would highly recommend and wouldn't use anyone else moving forward! Great company.

We had are new boiler fitted by these a couple of years ago. We found them to be a little expensive but after reading their comments thought they were worth paying for. However we had a problem with our heating last weekend and gave the company a call to ask for advice. To be fair they were closed but Gareth rang me back. I was really hoping he could help as I had a sick relative staying with me. I was completely mistaken he was no help at all just said he didn’t know what the problem was. I then rang a company that fitted my sister’s boiler which were brilliant took the time to help me and got my heating working again. I wouldn’t use Gareth Williams again.

Booked Gareth for a boiler service as it was a very reasonable price. Unfortunately my boiler needed some extra work but it was sorted at a great price and in a really timely manner.Owner mentioned that they'll send boiler service reminders out which is great so I'll definitely being using Gareth again!

We had a radiator not heating up properly. Lorenzo attended and sorted out our radiators throughout the house. Whilst he was there, he also removed our ugly, decommissioned,70’s gas fire for us. Would definitely use them again and recommend them. Thanks

I recently had my gas boiler serviced by Gareth Williams Heating Ltd, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Before the service, I specifically mentioned that the boiler was losing pressure and requested the engineer to check the expansion vessel. However, the service" carried out felt more like an inspection

They completed the work before we moved to our new house from London, so we trusted them with the keys. They gave us regular updates of the works they were doing by phone, SMS and photos. They worked to very high standards and met the agreed deadline.They serviced our boiler this week and we also needed advice about a radiator. Again, excellent service. We would highly recommend them.

Gareth Williams fitted a new combi-boiler for me in 2019. It is excellent quality and efficient. I have an annual maintenance plan with Gareth Williams at an affordable monthly price. Every year, they call to make the appointment, arrive on time and do the job well. My boiler is still in the same excellent condition it was on the day it was fitted. I recommend this company.
