Wow, our decor was amazing due to the pieces we hired from Tessie.Almost every guest remarked on the beauty of the tables, expressly pointing out the “Lazy Susan’s “, they were gorgeous. The pink chairs really pulled everything together.The process of obtaining the goods was very easy. I would have preferred quicker responses at times. But I understand, things are busy.Our items were delivered as expected in perfect condition and collected exactly on time.I’d definitely recommend

If I could score the company 100 I would, this is the first service that I will highly recommend to anyone at anytime.BeeZees gave me the best surprise , I am a early planner and take my time to plan my event, I expressed to her the need to deliver the items early and how much this could be a less burden to me.Unexpectedly, ohhh my God at 21:00 she was at my door with the goods.This is a mother, with domestic responsibility but value and put her customers first, what else would you asked for.Thank you very much for your 5 stars service.

I was introduce/ recommended to BeeZees Creation by my Daughters friend. I first hired their products in August 2022 for my Daughters 30th and was very impressed by their Service. All my questions were answered, delivery and collection were on time, hired products were in very good condition and looked amazing for the events I had. I found BeeZees on Google and decided to engage their services for my event. From the start, I informed her that I needed my own customized backdrop decorated. This was the most important thing to me. My backdrop and banner. She asked for my colour scheme. She offered to print the backdrop but I told her we would provide the backdrop and a banner. We agreed and I was invoiced. However, come the event day, Tessie refused to decorate the backdrop. She feigned ignorance and asked me for balloons after the backdrop had been mounted. Yet she claims she does not do balloons. For someone who is supposed to be a professional decorator to leave a backdrop without any decorations around it is shocking to me. If I knew she was not going to decorate my backdrop, I would not have engaged her services at all. When confronted about this, Tessie went defensive. From her argument, it was evident that because she did not make the backdrop, she did not want to decorate yet she didn't inform me from the start. I asked for compensation because she didn't do what I was invoiced for. Instead, she decided to gaslight me by saying she was going to refund me the entire invoice. For someone, who was calling God in every sentence, Tessie showed herself as someone without conscience. She lied that she didn't know. I mentioned that the backdrop was my priority in all our conversations. It is obvious that while Tessie may do a good job, customer satisfaction is not at the heart of it. I will not be recommending her services. She was very rude and didn't respect the fact that I was unhappy with the embarrassment she caused me by leaving my backdrop bare. She refused to offer any compensation but instead was threatening to end the call with me. The backdrop arrangement was clearly written in her invoice but she didn't do what I was invoiced for. I would have taken her to a claims court but for my husband's intervention. Be careful when engaging her services especially if you know exactly what you want. She can cut corners by doing what she wants instead. Ask for clear information. She will claim ignorance or misunderstanding if things go wrong. Engage with caution as she will not care if you are unhappy with her services.

BeeZees added that special touch I needed for my son's 1st birthday party. I couldn't find reliable one table hire anywhere until I stumbled upon BeeZees. The communication was excellent. They arrived and delivered on time and we're prompt with refunding the deposit after pickup. Would definitely use them again. They had a lot of options to choose from if I had the space I would've taken my son's whole name! Thank you so much for making my decor complete.

From the moment I was in contact with the owner of this company, she was so understanding and ready to make my vision come to life. She was in good communication with me throughout and always went above and beyond to cater to my needs. When it comes to the actual decoration, I was absolutely mind blown. The attention to detail that she used was incredible and it honestly was the icing on the cake for my special day. Every guest complimented the decor and it’s all thanks to Beezees. I would use and recommend them 100 times over

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had booked and paid for my items on the 24th February 2021 for my wedding 2nd July 2022 so plenty of time for my date to be in their diary. I paid promptly and far before their deadline as I wanted to make sure it was sorted and I didn’t want to inconvenience the company as it’s a small business and I like to support them in the best way possible.Fast forward a year to March 2022 I messaged them to ask their procedure for sending items out and returning as I was unsure and wanted to make sure I had full info. I was told I would receive my items about a week in advance and this would be communicated closer to the time! Fair enough.24th June- a week before my wedding, I messaged them, I’d heard nothing from them, no communication or delivery information so I was a bit worried. They didn’t reply.27th June- 5 days before my wedding (a pretty stressful time for anyone even more so when someone isn’t responding) I call tessie, she assures me she’ll get it sent before Thursday, I explained I will be going to my parents then so I need to change the delivery address as I assumed it would’ve been there more than 2 days before the wedding…. The change in address was no issues and it was set for before Thursday.29th June- 3 days before my wedding I get this message“ Good morning Robyn.I have some bad news.Unfortunately, we would not be able to get your hired items to you in time for your wedding as the courier company is not accepting it because of the bulkiness.If you have anyone coming to your wedding from this end, could you please ask to collect and return?You will get 50% refund for all hired items.Otherwise, I'll refund full payment to you immediately.Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.Do let me know what you decide.Cheers.Tessie.”Read into that what you will.1. We ordered napkins and charger plates not exactly bulky???2. Absolutely rude to ask us to get our guests to pick up the items??3. They are based London (ish) and I was in Telford Shropshire, over 3 hours drive.Personally I found it disgusting that I was given 3 days notice and now she wasn’t delivering at all. I asked for the address to try and organise a pick up. No response. Tried to call. No answer. Completely ghosted. So I emailed and did get an email asking for my bank details to refund which I did get.But by this point I had 3 days to find the items she had contractually agreed to provide. If I had broken the contract I would’ve lost my money etc but she had no consequences for causing extra stress and such an unprofessional approach. It meant I spent £300 on buying replacement items to get them desperately there in time for our wedding.My advice is if you’re planning something as important as your wedding, avoid tessie and beezees like the plague. You may not have an issue but is it worth the risk….

Tessie was fantastic to work with! Everything was arranged and delivered as discussed. She's friendly and everything is priced at great value! Tessie helped save me a lot of trouble once our original supplier of cutlery didn't deliver. She saved the day and I'll always be grateful! Highly recommended, thanks again. GOD BLESS!
