K.A.L Aerial, Satellite & Cctv Installation Services

Needed to have my Freeview TV plumbed in. Called K A L and spoke to a very polite bloke. Asked me a few questions to establish what was needed. We agreed a time and cost. Craig arrived on time and was clean and smart. He confirmed what was to be done and started. Whilst downstairs he explained what and why he was doing things. He told me what was going to happen in the loft and on the roof. Once completed he thoroughly cleaned up after himself. Craig is an extremely hard working, honest pleasant bloke. In the last month I have had no issues. A colleague of mine needed advice re Sky TV in Spain, I rang Craig and he spoke to her for 15 minutes or so. K A L is a modern go ahead company with the great old fashioned virtues of High Quality and real Customer Service. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Craig and his work.

Aerial blew down in the wind (storm Doris) - Super job by Craig - was quick and efficient - told me what i needed to know - aerial was beyond repair so now have a shiny new one and was very reasonably priced Would reccomend
