Paresh at Riverside Hifi offered fantastic customer service from start to finish. Kept his shop open late one evening so I could travel over from East London after work to see the product and listen for myself. Offered plenty of insight into comparable products and the design and allowed me to make an informed choice.Communication was excellent throughout and I’d thoroughly recommend Riverside Hifi to anyone and everyone. Would absolutely buy from here again

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Helped choose the best option for me based on my budget. Went out of their way to assist, even to the point of letting me borrow some kit so I could listen to music over Christmas while part of my order was in transit. It’s not uncommon to find oneself entwined in persuasive conversations leading to purchases of additional items that might not be strictly necessary. Unfortunately, Riverside Hifi’s refund policy can sometimes lean towards the rigid side, making it challenging to rectify any impulsive or unwarranted decisions made under the influence of skilled sales tactics. Thus, while nothing is particularly amiss, it's wise to remain vigilant, stick to your initial shopping list, and be fully aware of their refund and exchange policies to navigate a smoother shopping experience.

Excellent service. The equipment I ordered was delivered and installed in very quick time considering the world we live in right now. They rectified issues that the people who had previously installed my surround system had quite clearly made. The system is now infinitely superior. I will be using them again without a doubt

Went into Riverside Hifi for advise about replacing my speakers as they are local and specialist....used them twenty plus years ago. Got good advice and a deal on a very nice pair of Radious speakers. They sound great in the room. Very pleased.

Don't buy from these guys! They are dreadful. I ordered various Sonos components over 6 months ago and they have still failed to deliver 2 items which they lost in delivery and now don't even reply. They make their own logistics issues the customers problem.Response to your reply: Remarkable that after 10 months you still blame your own supply chain mix up rather than take the initiative to repurchase/redeliver immediately then resolve your own problems, without holding on to my money for 10 months.
