A wonderful shop. Been my saviour for38 years.I didn't need to go to the big stores, I got EVERYTHING I ever needed. Lovely memories of Brian and Ann, always had time for a chat and a laugh, nothing was too much trouble. It is the only shop you don't mind waiting to be served because it is an alladins cave, and you get lost in time. Now Adrian and Lisa run it the same way it has always been, and it is a testament of time and hard work they still provide for the village..

This store deserve a vote of thanks and an acknowledgment of the super service the have provide for the local people in the present pandemic.Delivering emergency and other goods to the people in the local area, often an the same day and at no extra charge, but still at the same competitive prices. Nothing has been to much trouble.

Chafor's of Crowle is the glue that holds the village together, Adrian and his wife are lovley people , and Adrian deserves recognition for his dedication to the community and the service given in his late mothers shop.No matter what item you need they have it, if you need just two screws for example that is what you can get . They're a lot cheaper than the large stores and the personal service is superb . ,Adrian is highly knowledgeable and can help with most DIY issues.If your in the area you should visit this wee gem of a shop , there are not many like this one and it is totally unique.It's how shops used to be , warm friendly s.d perfect for the area.The value it brings to the area is huge.Many thanks Adrian football your kindness and help over the years .

Great little hardware store as someone said it's a proper little Aladdin's cave, a friend said he prefers them instead of the bigger DIY places like B&Q.

This charming old-fashioned village store is amazing. Not only do they stock or supply just about everything household and DIY you could possibly need they will do everything possible to help. Nothing is a problem. I’ve been a customer for many many years and my parents before me. On the rare occasion I’ve needed to return or exchange they have been fine about it. I’d be lost without them. They have really helped me during this difficult time.* They also care sufficiently time provide a chair for customers.Thank you Chafors.
