Great staff, my Dad is very well cared for.

Yes...everyone will have a different experience of the care received for loved ones in a nursing home. Unfortunately our experience was awful and after a short stay, mum was in a worse state than when she arrived.Don't let Social Workers rush you into placing a relative into environments where they are clearly not safe or receiving the care and attention that should be expected as a minimum. Don't assume that because the right answers are being given, that this is being actually put into practice by staff. This applies to any care/nursing home.Eccleston Court let our family down very badly - and we are still dealing with the consequences of a very stressful experience.

Wonderful caring friendly staff. Well run nursing home cannot fault it. Service users are treated with kindness and respect, staff are sensitive to all their needs. Great food and a lovely place.
