I don't have an appointment but the receptionist was very perlite and helpful and got me fitted in, the option was very thorough with her examination and very helpful with her advice, I can highly recommend this opticians

This was my first visit to an optician for an eye test and i was seen exactly the time specified . The reason i chose JDO over bigger companies was because the eye test was meticulous and professional and the after sales service was excellent.
