Stayed here on a weekend break.Good clean hotel.Food very good.Staff excellent friendly always willing to help. All in all a good weekend would definitely use again

Stayed here for a friends birthday weekend staff were absolutely brilliant couldn’t be anymore helpful making sure you had everything you needed chef was fantastic to food was excellent great choice of food

I would just like to say a mahoosive thank you to each and every one of the amazing staff for making myself and my mums two night break here fantastic… nothing was to much , the room (no 14)was lovely and clean , the food was 5⭐️ Entertainment was brilliant… the best hotel in Blackpool …. Can not thank you all enough … see you all next time … Marie & Kath xx

Just stayed overnight all inclusive great value for money food was beautiful great friendly chef all staff really helpful kieron did everything he is a great asset to Blackpool promotions nothing is a bother .we had two single rooms which were small but very clean and warm thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Worst hotel ive ever booked!Boycott!Rooms are tiny, has a funny smell to the hotel and could hear next door the whole time.Stood at the door for 20 mins trying to get in. Poor all round, could hear next door flushing the toilet like they were in our room.
