Holiday Inn Express Derby - Pride Park, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was clean and as expected for a holiday inn. Staff were really helpful and all of them had a friendly disposition. Nothing was too much trouble and it makes all the difference when staff are bright and happy like they were here.

We had a two night stay here which was located perfectly for the train station and ideally for the festival we were attending. The check in process was straightforward and all front of house staff very friendly and approachable. The room was of a good standard and housekeeping was great too. Breakfast was of good quality and included in the room rate as standard for this brand. Our previous visit took us to the Holiday Inn at River lights but out of the two Pride Park was more preferable for our needs and I'd recommended it to others and will certainly be returning myself.

Nice hotel and good location. Very friendly efficient staff. Just a shame the menu is limited and not enough staff. The lady doing the food does a great job on her own

Travelled from Skegness to derby to visit family booked three nights here. As I am coeliac had to have gluten free food which was readily available. Room was very comfortable and clean excellentally comfortable beds and so quiet in the hotel. Will stay again and highly recommend to anyone.
