I was recommended to use Tom at Car Audio Repairs at New Mills by Nick Webster Mercedes Specialists who themselves had had good results from him. His diagnostics and expert advice resulted in the faulty unit which is the most complex I have ever had in a car including radio,CD,DVD,TV,navigation,phone and voice control being repaired for under £200. A replacement unit is about £1500. Tom was skilled, experienced and generous with his time. The ideal person to deal with, the go-to guy.

Came across Tom on internet, what a star. Toyota wanted £1200 to fix my Avensis head unit but Tom fixed it for less than a sixth of that. Great service, great expertise, great guy, years of knowledge, very reasonable price to fix my problem. Very very highly recommended.

I had a fault on my VW Tiguan Infotainment system, with the touchscreen switching randomly between settings and functions. VW Stockport quoted an exorbitant £1950 for a new unit. Fortunately the General Motor Company, VW specialists in Hazel Grove, recommended Tom, who was able to repair the unit for £265. Delighted and relieved to find a specialist with expertise and integrity, and so I am happy to recommend Tom’s services unreservedly.

I strongly recommend Tom, a true expert repairer of car audios. A knowledgeable specialist, a master of his trade, Tom is a quiet and pleasant person. He sorted out my Lexus CT 200 hybrid CD/radio. Local Lexus didn't want to touch it and recommend a new one which would cost ££££.Tom bill was reasonable and I am pleased I persevered after been told that it was irreparable by other repairers. I give Tom five stars!

I have a Nissan Qashqai and the screen went blank, looked at by Nissan who wanted to charge me £3150 to replace the unit. Found Tom on the internet and gave him a ring, this was followed up by a visit to New Mills so Tom could take a look, he was welcoming and guided us to a lovely short circular walk whist we were waiting. What a relief when he said he could fix it, went back on Saturday to have the unit put back.Thank you Tom for being honest and genuine guy and doing a brilliant job and not ripping your customers off, and for saving me an astronomical amount of money

Fantastic service, Tom is an old school time served engineer who know what's what. Tested my Audi MMI screen found no fault and arranged for Dave (auto electrical engineer) to repair cabling, everything fixed and working perfectly. No cost from Tom and very reasonable cost from Dave. Excellent experience all round.
