Michael was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He arranged a Level 2 survey to be carried out on a prospective property within a matter of days. Michael was extremely thorough with his report and went in to great detail including pictures also. On the same day as the survey, we had a call from Michael to talk us through various aspects that were to be included in the report and then within a few days, we had the report in hand. We were offered total peace of mind to go forth with our purchase and I would thoroughly recommend using Prospect building surveyors and would be in no hesitation to personally use their services again.

Just a quick note of thanks to Michael for conducting the survey on a house we are currently in the process of buying. From start to finish his service has been excellent.As first time buyers we didn't have a clue about house surveys, but thankfully Michael has been on hand to guide us where necessary and look after us throughout. We needed a homebuyers survey for a house in Doncaster. Michael was able to arrange & carry out the work within a few days. He provided us with a comprehensive report (inc. drone pictures of the roof and chimneys) and followed up with a couple of calls to answer our questions & put the key points into context. Very helpful and informative throughout the process - would highly recommend.

Service was quick and fast for a level 2 Survey of property I was buying on Auction.Michael was clear and informative of the whole process and delivered all the information expertly.Once the Survey was completed he called me and advised me on the issues with the property, how to rectify and if it would be a problem to get a mortgage with the know issues.Once I received the Survey PDF it was presented well and the pictures and information clear and Michael made me aware that I can contact him whenever to discuss everything.Would recommend Michael to anyone.

Incredibly proactive with getting the survey booked in, the survey arrived insanely quickly and he had a reassuring conversation on the night of the survey talking place. Mick did a great job with our building survey. He attended and completed his report quickly. His report was thorough and easy to understand. He was also extremely generous in taking time to explain aspects of his report and make recommendations moving forward. I would recommend Mick and I would use him again myself.
