Customer service and support with this company is great. Staff members are very friendly and professional. They know what they are doing.Delivery of goods was super efficient and installation was done to a very high standard.I would recommend Cut Price Windows.

I have used these guys to replace 6 windows at a flat. Had a great experience with them. I dealt with Gee who was very good and communication was excellent. Quality of widows so far so good its been over a month no issues to date. Compared to other companies the price was very competitive and included the fensa certificate. The thing i liked was they didn't suddenly increase their price by 20% when i asked for a fensa certificate. The price they quoted included vat and fensa certificate. Will use them again for my other house.

Really poor service , staff at the office don't know whats going on. My 2 sky pods and 1 kitchen window were supposed to be delivered on the 23rd July,which did not get delivered , I was told 1 piece of glass was broken and it has been reordered. I spoke to Gurpreet the Owner and Davin Customer service both assured me that the glass is been delivered on Tuesday 28th and the full delivery will come on 29th.Today 29th when I call, I was told the delivery will come on Friday 31st, when I insisted they did a delivery today but with 1 glass missing, now they are saying the same glass will be delivered on Thursday 6th August, just lying straight on my face.I had to cancel my Fitters twice. Staff at the office have no clue that I was delivered 1 glass short. they are just passing the buck on each other, really disappointed with the service, I dont know how the quality of the product is going to be.

Poor workmanship, wrong openingway of door than ordered , never used acro to hold up ceiling so have a cracked wall. Ever time was given an appointment to come fix the problems, they never sowed up and when rang always was given another date but same problem, do not show up. the people at the office don't know what they are doing. Please keep away as not reliable.

Excellent customer service very happy with the design and how quickly the work got done. The sales person especially ensured our needs were specifically met on how we pictured our windows to look in contrast with the exterior design of our walls. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to this company for the brilliant services they provided at a very reasonable price.

They are the same as G&B windows and couple of other companies for double glazing all located in southall area I believe.One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.We got I will double glazing windows and new composite door from G&B windows (their sister company). One of the worst decisions I have made. Very unprofessional, deceitful and pure liars right form the beginning.The first time they came to do the installation, they broke three window glasses during installation process. They also threw the old window frames from the upstairs bedroom and broke the roof tiles over the entrance door which they didn’t even tell us about (as it was being refurbished and we weren’t living there. Only builders were present at the property during installation). This cost me £380 to fix. Then they took three months to get the new composite door (that we had ordered at the same time as the other windows) and broken windows replaced.Not only that, when after numerous phone calls they got the new door in stock, they told me that they are coming in to install the new door and replace all 3 broken windows the next day. I was given the time of 8 am for fitters to come in. I got to my property at 7:45am and then get a phone call from them saying that they are not going to be able to come in this morning but will definitely come in in the afternoon at 2 pm. I went back to my property at 2 pm to let them in. After waiting until 3:30pm I called Raegan who is one of the guys in charge of fitting and installation. He apologised and said that they would be there by 4:30. When no one came around at 4:30, I called again by which point Raegan had left the office. The lady on the phone asked me to keep my volume low on the phone and that they have not been lying and since my contract is through my builder, she won’t give me any information but that someone is on the way. Eventually at 6 pm I called my builder who had recommended this company and he found out that no one was ever going to come on the day. Raegan and their other staff members had been lying to me whole day and wasted my day.They came in the next day and fitted in the composite door but only had two out of 3 windows that needed replacing. It took them another two weeks for one window to be replaced. Finally, the finishing on the living room bay windows was incomplete which the fitters that came in to replace the last window kindly completed and told me that the first set of fitters had done a really bad job. Kitchen uPVC door lock got stuck 3 weeks after installation which took them 3 months to repair.Furthermore, I have still not received my FENSA certificate.It has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with this company and I would advise anyone to read this and please think again!

I'M TELLING YOU ALL NOW. DO NOT EVER BE IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE IN THIS COMPANY.3 windows is all they had to make. 3. They sent them in the wrong colour (after delaying delivery). They don't communicate, they don't pick up the phone and apologise, they don't reply to messages, they don't offer any apologies. They received full payment from me and just cut ties. They haven't rectified anything after promising to at least provide ONE SINGLE RIGHT WINDOW they couldn't do it. They promised deliveries on 2 consecutive days and then they cut contact. They don't update you on deliveries, they don't give time frames. Your whole day is a waste of time in their eyes, because they DO NOT CARE. I'm telling you all now, DO NOT BUY. Do not be lured in by competitive prices, pay a bit more and have peace of mind that you'll get your order on time, it'll be the right thing and you won't be chasing them for any form of communication.

Well they are good sales people that's for sure we ordered our ONE window. They took a deposit and then didn't hear from them for 3 weeks. I've phoned them now and a chap on the phone said he will call Monday. So we see what happens ?Cap customer service and they sound like they are half asleepWell I thought I might as well update what happened, after lots of phone calls and false promise the eventually gave the money back. I don't recommend cut-throat win does to anybody.

Buyers beware!The low prices think you’re getting a great deal however, the Products and aftercare is terrible.I have had problems for over 2 months and I’ve tried numerous times to get the problem rectified but they just ignore you, not even a little acknowledgment.The after sales is a shambles.As soon as they have your money, they DO NOT care!!!Would never use again.

I have heard so many horror stories about double glazing companies, but cut price from start to finish were very profession. I inspected the job each step and am very happy with the result. I would recommend Cut Price to any of my friends who maybe looking fora professional job to be done. Well done boys! Oh and girls....Earl
