Awful! After paying online for herpies to collect my item and deliver it ... these idiots refused despite showing them proof so I had to drive my son all over the place looking for somewhere else where herpies collect from despite needing the toilet due to having one kidney ...Huge inconvenience !!They were rude and abusive and I'd never use this shop ever again
