Up Pup 'n Away

Amazing, mammoth hikes for my little poodle, with walks that took him far and wide. Couldn't ask for anything better for my little prince whilst I'm out at work.

I would trust you with our girl any time, any day. Up pup n away made the difference between us feeling able to keep our girl and feeling that we needed to return her to the shelter. Rich's knowledge about dogs and understanding toward rescue dogs is to be admired. From our point of view you are a fantastic dog walker, full of patience and compassion and represent excellent value for money.

I cannot recommend Up, Pup N Away enough! Richard and Michelle have taken on our malamute and absolutely transformed her!!!!! Most malamutes are not off lead dogs but these guys have tirelessly trained and worked with her so that now she can play and be off lead with the other dogs! They’ve also taken the time to give us advice on how to keep developing this behaviour! Cleaver LOVES going to their home and she is so utterly loved! We’ve already made the call that we won’t ever move away from the area and these guys are a huge part of that decision!!! Thank you!

Always use this company to look after our cat Tigger when we are away. Michelle doesn’t just feed him, but gives him lots of cuddles. She also keeps me informed of how he is while we are away. Definitely recommend their service.

After moving to the area and knowing no-one, I saw the van driving around and thought that it would be perfect for the services that we required to look after our new puppy. Needless to say that Archie loved going to stay with Rich and his family, to the point where he would jump out of the car wagging his tail so much it would be banging on the fence waiting to be let in. It’s so good to know how much your dog loves being at Up Pup n Away when you have to go away with work and hate leaving them.Rich and his family clearly love not just dogs but all animals and since moving away we have never found someone as good as him!

My dog (& not the only one) became very anxious over time and noticeably reluctant to go. Reasons unknown! When discussed the reaction was unprofessional. There are many many dogs together and too many per walker. Carefully consider if it's the right one!

Richard and Michelle have looked after Henry for 4 days per week for as long as I can remember. He loves it and is always excited when they turn up to collect. Very easy to deal with and would recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend Up Pup N Away! My dogs love going out with Michelle and Rich! One of them sits and stares at the gate waiting patiently for the sound of the van, even on days when he's not going out! Michelle and Rich are always punctual, and very accommodating and will always help out if possible with extra walks if they have the availability.
