We have just installed our new infrared sauna. Assembly wasn’t too difficult but is definitely a two person project. There were one or two glitches but were overcome easily enough. The first few sessions we couldn’t get the audio to work so got in touch with customer service via link within 20 minutes Ato called me an talked me through it via video call. Duh! I just hadn’t switched it on behind the panel. A massive bonus was despite purchasing a one person unit, there is tons of room for my wife and I to sit side by side. Absolutely no buyer remorse and very much looking forward to years of benefits. I should also say that Nadia who talked through everything with us ( very gently), was just excellent throughout. I would most sincerely recommend Sunlighten

First of all, the customer service at Sunlighten UK has been second to none! Nadia, my sales rep could not have been nicer and easier to deal with. Friendly without being in your face or pushy and replies almost immediately to your queries!Delivery of my Infra red sauna arrived when expected and was put together easily. Delivery guys were super nice and efficient!The sauna itself is amazing!! Bought as a gift for my husband how suffers with AS (arthritis in his spine), it has been truly transformational for him and his pain. My sons use it as recovery from their sports and I use it to detox or just relax.We bought the MPulse 2 person and it is a “pinch me” moment every time we head into it.Thank you Nadia. 21st Oct 21 - I have ordered a Signature 1 FAR infrared sauna. I completed an enquiry form on their website and a lovely sales lady named Nadia contacted me. She had great knowledge of the products, her communication was excellent and she was very personable and down to earth. She wasn't pushy or put any pressure on me. She made the process easy and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy before I made my purchase. Nadia is an asset, you're lucky to have someone like her on your sales team (give her a pay raise). I had my unit delivered the other day and the delivery guys (sadly I don't know their names) they were respectful of my property, very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure I was happy where the boxes were placed in my home before they left. I highly recommend Sunlighten for the experience so far. I haven't started to use the unit yet as it's still in boxes waiting to be assembled. I'm looking forward to getting it set up so I can start benefiting from it. Thank you Sunlighten28th Oct 21 - UPDATE: Finally unboxed, it took 2 of my male friends 5 hours to assemble. Went fairly straight forward, I contacted aftercare immediately with questions as manual didn't make sense and missing very small part, they responded very quickly. I'm so pleased with their Customer Service. I still haven't turned it on yet (I will tomorrow). I am a bit disappointed though that they have a selection of accessories (cleaning kits etc) which I didn't know about because they are not advertised on their UK website. If I had seen a catalogue or something I could have selected items which could have been added to my finance agreement. So now, I might not to be able to buy any extras now, due to their price, which is a shame.

I purchased a dome sauna and enjoy daily saunas. I choose Sunlighten for their reputation for superior workmanship and excellent customer service and I have not been disappointed. Someone is there to answer queries and resolve any issues, even years after purchase.

Very happy with the help we got from David to decide the best sauna option for us. We've been using our solo sauna for a few months now and have got into a routine of using it 4 mornings per week and we love it! It's definitely helping me recover from a complex picture of chronic health issues, it seems to be very effective at clearing out toxins, I've even been able to drink very small amounts of wine here and there again :-)

Our whole family are enjoying regular sauna sessions. We use it few times a week and it’s a part of our evening routine.Our daughter who has developmental issues benefits from it and actively asks for us to use it.It calms her nervous system and makes her immune stronger and improves her sleep. Colour therapy stimulates our child’s senses.We highly recommend Sunlighten sauna.

My sauna had been in storage for several months while we moved house and when it was returned to us and we set it up again I noticed that there was condensation on the glass when we ran a programme. The help I received from customer services was excellent as usual and I had a phone call from Gus the same day with helpful advice on what to do

Becuse I drive for a living, I constantly have a lower back pain that’s with me every day of the week. My son sugested that I try a Infrared sauna to help my back. Once I had settled on Sunlighten, the process was very simple and quick. The dilivery was at the time they said it would arrive, and then unpacked and assembled. We settled on an Amplify 11, as the extra heat would work wonders with my wife. This sauna is made of the highest quality, so much so that I have to pinch myself that I’m not sitting inside a spa having a sauna. As hard as I’ve tried, it’s hard to find a fault with my sauna.YES, I’ve found a new love in my life.
