The team were fantastic. They site had advertised the tyres I selected wrongly, but the team were able to find me alternatives and even sorted out getting matching pair for the front, after I had made an error and ended up having to book an additional appointment, which meant I could cancel my other appointment and have it all done at once. Really helpful.

Just had an MOT and 4 new tyres fitted to my Renault Megane at Kwik Fit Maldon. When I arrived there was some confusion as to the time available to do both jobs caused (in my opinion) by inadequacies in the Kwik Fit website. However Kevin (the manager) was able to juggle" his appointments around and got both jobs done quickly and efficiently. So a big thank you to Kevin and his Team for their excellent customer service."

I visited the Maldon branch today with a minor emergency and Kevin not only helped me get my vehicle back on the road but also assisted and advised me on how best to proceed at every step….thanks to Kwik Fit I now won’t lose a days money by being off work…I can’t recommend this branch highly enough after 10 years plus of fantastic service…nice job Kevin
