Hi I'm buy in auction pictures with the frame white hardwood molding and UV-plexiglass on front and back - both sides visible.was pay 250£ extra for the frame. Because was delivery from USA, pictures was a little moved. I'm asking how much have to pay for fixing in Framework Picture Framers in Edinburgh answer 30£. After 3 weeks resive message cost for 3 new mounts and fitting is 70£..able to re use the double mount.New piece of glass and one mount only. Price has been adjusted to £59. When I come after 2 weeks to collect I see totally different frame. Normal glass, not UV-plexiglass, nothardwood molding, not both sides visible. I'm filling to loose 250£Some was broken and used chipper materials to make another frame .Now I have frame for 60£ how i paid. Everyone can make mistakes, but way I have to lost money. I've used Framework Picture Framers four or five times in the past, and I've always been very pleased with the quality of their work, the attention to detail and the standard of products they use. Service is always very friendly, and they do take time to understand what you're looking for so that they get it right first time. Typically it does take a long time for them to actually complete the job, even up to 10 weeks on some occasions when they're particularly busy. That being said, they recently expedited a job for me that I expected to take much longer, and I was very grateful to them for that. On price, they're reasonable but at the upper end of the average range, compared to other framers I've used. Most likely I will go back to them again in future because I do trust them to do a decent job.

Delighted with the end result of all the pieces I have had framed by the team here. Very good at guiding to appropriate styles and excellent quality. Yes, you may have to wait a little longer than some others, but it's worth the wait. The best framers in Scotland. Thank you
