Management are unreliable, unprofessional and quite rude. After moving to the area we were assured my child had a place. Due to the move our funding was being held up which subsequently was sorted, however the nursery manager decided to withdraw the offer of a place because she believed she would not get funded. The nursery management didn't effectively communicate with their staff, messages were never passed. In hindsight I am so glad my child never attended a setting where such failures take place. I would never recommend such a setting.

The staff don’t carry out risk assessments. As a concerned parent/carer I know a few children who have fallen on hazardous materials in the playground many times in this specific nursery . This is SAFEGUARDING. management should train and recruit staff better. Please keep your child safe and away from kids planet Dudley hill.

Management are absolutely terrible they cannot run the nursery at all.

This place has the good workers but the management especially their manager is rude bossy and lazy git and should treat her staff better

Absolutely disgusting place to work inThey abuse staffThey abuse children they don’t change nappies and leave kids to be sore all the time. Staff don’t change nappies for kids and management hide it by telling them to fake it on the nappy log DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE

A well organised business with clear systems and processes in place. Defo worth having a taster day if you want to find a welcoming place for your little ones.
