The proprietor of this establishment really knows his stuff and his team are very patient. I went in to buy a small piece of jewellery as a gift and ended up finding out things that really made me sit up and think much more deeply about jewellery than ever before. I also ended up buying a much nicer piece than originally planned and which turned out to be more appropriate for the intended recipient.Thank you, Sivvy, for all the patient kindness and information. I am more grateful than you could ever know.

I've bought 2 beautiful watches from this store. Every time I pop in, the staff are lovely and I get much better service here than I do at chains such as Ernest Jones. I'll definitely be returning again!

Really bad service. I bought two watches and both lost time. I allowed him two occasions to fix both watches. He has a sign that says they dont give refund. If you have any issues with a watch or jewellery you bought here just mention the Sales of Good Act and good have to be of merchantable quality and get your money back. What shocked and annoyed me is that he said that I was dishonest and didn't want me buying anything from his shop. I wouldn't have bought anything from this quack in anycase!!! Steer clear of this shop.

Great personal service not like the rest of the jewellery shop chains in the mall. I purchased an amazing engagement ring for my partner, the price and quality will beat the rest! Go here if you want good quality items, and not the rest of the tack you will find on shelves at the bigger chain stores....Thank you!

Absolutely a fantastic place, the owner proprietor is first class with knowledge and empathy with what the client wants. There is no finer place for jewellery than this establishment. I would wholeheartedly recommend this jewellers and the staff for giving a more than first class service, which is not over charged. One word excellent.

Where do I start, first off, the service was impeccable, super friendly, the owner is very knowledgable and loved the variety they had! I couldn’t understand how great value for money this jewellery store is... I was comparing rings and neckless’s to their competitors and they are half the price and I mean that!! I found the perfect neckless and I couldn’t be more happier with the price. Would 100% recommend.

Not very helpful today...advised that watch batteries wont be a service until January. Had previously purchased watches from this establishment on the understanding that batteries would be replaced as required. Three staff in store and no other customers so could easily have helped. Will avoid in future. Replaced five minutes later in the Exchange by a far more amicable chap. Will avoid in future.

I bought a pendant from there, and it's beautiful. The service was amazing and people in the shop were so lovely and easy to talk to.The pendant came with a necklace as a set but I only wanted the pendant.The staffwere flexible and understanding so they allowed me to buy the pendant on its own. I really appreciated that and love how it looks.Good place to find beautiful jewelry peace's and amazing service.

Really awful service - Dishonest, disrespectful, lies, rubbish work, damage jewellery.Please beware if there was a zero I would choose that!Visit 1: I took my tiffany bracelet to get the heart re-attached as it had twisted off. Orginally quoted £10 and was charged £15, that was not the worst of it. When I got home there was a strange bubble on the blue side. When I took it back the owner came up with a story about how it may" have happened. I said when i gave it to him this bubble was not on it and yes please fix it back to its original state he said that he will and fix it.Visit 2: I got the call to pick it back up and just quickly looked at the heart and it seemed fixed

Great service on repairs and a wonderful range of jewellery and watches. Would highly recommend this shop. Lovely staff who listen to what you are looking for.
