Neist Point Car Park
Lots of free parking, managed to get a spot despite turning up about 5 mins before sunset. It's an arduous drive to get there, but the view is lovely and probably just about worth it. Although the amount of midges was insane and made the experience less enjoyable, even for the dogs. I was prepared spray, clothes etc but still got bit to shreds

Stunning views nice walk to the lighthouse. The roads to it are a little bigger then a foot path but lots of passing points , no toilets or bins well worth a visit

Lovely walk to nest point. The Lighthouse itself is not amazing but the location is beautiful and the walk is good. Not hard at all just exhausting as you have to first go down then up to reach it and then obviously do the same back. But hey if you're not into walks then this isn't the place for you.

Neist Point Car Park
That's the best place in the Isle of Skye, especially at the sunset timing. However, I suggest to go back before the sky going dark because the road back to city is narrow and a lot of turning point. It's not easy to drive at the night. I really enjoy the sunset at the Neist point, super warm and romantic. Just remark that this area is very very windy!

Neist Point is worth a visit even if you aren't able to walk down to the lighthouse. I twisted my ankle so didn't get to see it either. The road is single track with loads of passing places but very busy in the summer so be prepared to be patient

It was packed when we went on an October afternoon. Cars parked everywhere, though we managed to snag a parking spot just by chance. If you are disabled as I am then it's very hit and miss whether you can manage to walk far enough. It was so busy we decided not to stay, but to go home and watch the sunset from there.A hauntingly beautiful place when it's empty of people

Lovely scenery. Take a packed lunch or BBQ and spend the hrs gazing out into the ocean and islands in the distance. What a spectacular views ! Isle of Skye is magic! This place was just breathtaking. U could walk down to the light house , quite steep but great experience

Fabulous scenery ....never been to a lighthouse before but found it most interesting......its not actually open open as you can only walk round the outside of it .Beware if you are not much of a hill walker th path to it is at least 45 degrees and is hard work coming back up.

No shops, no toilets, so don’t get your hopes up and stop somewhere else for the toilet if needed. Parking seems to be free and quite spacious, tho I’d expect it to be bigger. Amazing views tho! Go up to the top of the hill near the parking for amazing views at the lighthouse.
