Terrible customer service and no resolution. Just tried to get through to make a home move for more than 3 hours, and now that I am going to cancel my broadband for not having to deal with their customer service anymore! Just terrifyingly bad.

I made an appointment at the Morfa store for Saturday 12th August at 10.30 as my iphone had frozen. I was met by a very pleasant young man who made me most welcome, attached my phone to his computer and solved the problem in no time at all. Unfortunately I didn't ask his name but can't speak highly enough of him and the service I received. Thank you very much.

Visited EE shop in Morfa park, 'Renewed my phone contract. Ross the sales person very helpful explained everything, change all my contracts over to new phone. Cheers Ross top sales man..

Standing waiting 20 minutes. Nobody acknowledged me or gave any indication of how long they would be. They were dealing with other customers to be fair but it's shocking that they don't have someone on a desk or help point for smaller matters that don't involve a huge amount of time. I only wanted to redeem a promotional code and get a card, the store being the only place it can be done. Was hoping to pop in and sort it on way home from work but ended up sacking it off. Waste of my time.

I thought to start with that the service was good. I bought a Kestral EE Phone. when I got it home I could not operate most of it because there was no instruction manual with it. I also could not connect with my WIFI at home and when I was told that it would.So I went back to the store today (55miles there and back) and CAM, the store managers name, was not able to give me much attention. He did adjust something on the phone and said that it would work. Of course it did not work and I cannot get him on the phone because he says he does not answer it. I also don't have an email address. What am I going to do now other than go back again!! This is such a nuisance. I should have gone the Carphone Wharehouse.

Excellent service by Ben today he went over and above and was extremely helpful, tolerant and understanding while helping my mother choose her new phone.

Called today. Served by Ross. Excellent member of staff. Very friendly and professional. Plenty of advice that I (a technophobe) could clearly understand. Well done Ross

Took out a new contract and a few days later I've been cut off. Went to this store and apparently the account has been transferred to a sim I haven't even received! Not only were they unable to resolve but the young girl really wasn't bothered.
