Amazing staff and very caring... I have to say that I was very scared after reading the reviews but we cannot fault them! Wilhelm is amazing and so caring (to both my kitten and my son!). All our appointments are with him, the facilities are very clean and everyone is welcoming.

Amazing place. Saw my dog who was in a lot of pain and bleeding when the vet he was registered with (not medivet) made us wait in a hot car outside surgery, no water provided for animals, for 45 mins. Our dog was so distressed we drove off and phoned medivet. They saw him straight away, treated him (and us) so well. Poor dog was very poorly but is now on road to recovery.I have now registered all my animals with medivet - they are kind, caring and accommodating. Thank you.

This is an excellent veterinary practice. The Staff are welcoming and friendly. The vet Will and Nurse Megan took great care of my kitten when I took him in to be neutered. They cared for him as if he was one of their own. I knew he was in safe hands when I left him. The after care provided is excellent. Would definitely recommend this practice.

I trust the vets at Jackson's Vets utterly. I've been ripped off at other vets and I have nothing but trust and appreciation after being treated so well here. I know my dog is cared for, looked after and that I'm being charged a fair amount.Also the medivet health plan is amazing.

Absolutely love this vets practice. Zula our dog is happy to come in, so is obviously treated very well. Her spay was carried out this week, the incision is so neat and clean. I am more than impressed. She had one calm day and was then back to her normal self. I could not recommend them enough. My daughters also love coming with me and chatting to the friendly receptionists and playing with the toys in the waiting room, very thoughtful addition ❤️
