Nestled within a charming and picturesque setting, the hotel does have an initial allure. However, there are a few aspects that regrettably diminish this appeal. Some of the room furnishings display noticeable wear and tear, which could benefit from attention. Similarly, while the restaurant and bar create a pleasant and quiet ambiance, the cleaning service falls slightly short of the high standards one might expect given the pricing. A thoughtful update might be in order to enhance the overall experience.On a more positive note, the spa does manage to maintain a good standard, providing a silver lining to the stay. With a little extra care and attention, the hotel could potentially live up to its picturesque surroundings and truly charm its guests.

Had a nice one night stay, unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the grounds as it was raining. Found the staff very helpful and accommodating a couple of staff seemed a bit miserable, but other than that everyone else was lovely. The reason I gave it a four star is that the rooms are looking a bit tired, to be honest. Also, there was no shower caps or toothpaste ?? On a positive note, we had breakfast, which we enjoyed nice and chilled atmosphere.

Mystay at was a pleasant one. The welcoming staff and the high level of cleanliness left a positive impression. While the restaurant and gym have some room for improvement, the spa experience was top-notch. I would certainly consider returning for another stay.

Attended a private function. The BBQ dinner theme was tasty, especially the salad. Congrats to Richard, duty manager and his team. Loved everything about this venue/location. Service by the staff throughout was good. Juliet's positive welcome in the restaurant at breakfast was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. The Syon Park grounds are a beautiful setting. A lovely weekend overall.

This is a very nice hotel. Excellent breakfast, walking distance to Brentford and located in picturesque grounds. High quality rooms as you'd expect from Hilton. Disappointed with the nescafe instant coffee in the rooms though.

Always a lovely stay. Beautiful suites and normal rooms. Great staff, room service. They go out of there way when you require special occasions etc decor services.

October 26th marked the most significant day of my life, my wedding day, and to add to the joy, my dear mother thoughtfully gifted my husband and me a one-night stay at the Hilton hotel. She informed me we had an upgraded room, breakfast, and spa access for the following day. We were overwhelmed with gratitude and excitement. However, the reality of our stay at the Hilton was nothing short of a heart-wrenching disappointment.The morning after our wedding, filled with anticipation, my husband and I headed to the breakfast area, only to be cruelly informed that breakfast was not included in our room package. The sheer embarrassment and disappointment that washed over us cannot be put into words. We decided to have breakfast anyway as we were made to feel we had no option and felt quite embarrassed.Subsequently, I suggested to my husband that we approach the reception about our spa access, hoping to salvage some joy from this experience. Regrettably, the receptionist informed us that spa access was not included, and we would need to pay extra for it. Our pleas and requests for a double-check fell on deaf ears, and we were summarily dismissed. We left feeling like s... and thought we would just enjoy the last hour or so we had left in our room.I phone my mother to let her know about my experience only to be told she had personally visited the hotel the day before to confirm all the promised perks were included in our stay. The shock and disappointment of enduring such abysmal service on our special day, coupled with the staff's indifference to our reservation notes, left us shattered.To make matters worse, at around 11 a.m., an obnoxious hotel staff member knocked incessantly on our door, sending shockwaves of anger and frustration through us. Despite our late checkout arrangement, this individual insisted we leave immediately. The entire ordeal was nothing short of a nightmare, and the thought that anyone would have to endure such a woeful experience on their wedding day is deeply upsetting. We can't express our disappointment enough, and we fervently implore others to avoid this place at all costs, sparing themselves the heartache and disillusionment we endured.Don't stay here...!!!! Never again.
