The Octabin pallet boxes are very good, and sturdy, BUT there was no pre-order warning that the full pallet containing 40 would be a double width pallet and very high. Also the boxes were not packed straight on the pallet so that the pallet edge was very far from straight, and it was unstable to move. It would also have been helpful to know that the pallet bases and lids were all together on top of the collars, hence the pallet would need to be dismantled to get to the collars.

Brilliant company to deal with, their range of boxes is excellent and the customer service is fantastic. I have dealt with Shaun on a number of occasions and he is always willing to go the extra mile to get me sorted. If a particular size box isn't available they are always able to recommend an alternative. I have been ordering my boxes from Sadlers for many years now and I always feel in safe hands. I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else.

Shaun in the sales department was great - helped me track down the right box for me. Prices are good and there's a wide selection that includes both new and reused boxes. Courier was excellent too.
