Took my car here for a second opinion after I had my car serviced at another garage. They had a look at my car and told me my car actually didn't need to be repaired! They could've easily told me my car needed it and offered a lower price than I was quoted since I have no relation to them and it was the first time I went to their garage, but they charged me nothing for the assessment and were honest with me! Definitely will be coming to only this garage from now on for any car issues. Very accommodating, friendly, and honest, and will be recommending to anyone I know.

Took the car in for £600 worth of work and then when we collect it, the boot is dented. They deny it was them that reversed into a yellow pole but it’s so clear cut ! Shocking and dishonest place. Steer clear . We will be submitting our evidence to the police and hopefully they will draw out the truth.

I have updated my rating to 1 after reading reply form the owner. Which is not accurate at all! If you give a commitment to call after an hour and don’t turn even after 3 hrs and for same and have to call multiple times that a serious communication problem.I was already aware of the problem since roadside assistance service had already provided diagnostic check report. I didn’t come with intention of knowing the problem again.You’ll inform me Spare is not available and you’ll can’t guarantee the timeline and on pick-up your member suggested to take manufacturer for repair as they will be able to get it done faster. So there was no question of coming back with a decision.Based on my visit 2 times at this place, I would not recommend this garage to anyone nor I will be visiting for anymore servicing. Both the time I had to make multiple calls just to get an update on car status when they promised me to call back and never did.Either they don't know what they are doing or they are decrementing based on person's appearance. I felt their service wasn't helpful for me as customer except for price which are lower compare to manufactures prices. I initially wanted to take my car to manufacture but made though choice thinking they will be able to help me but they suggested me to take it to manufacture anywaysFirst time:I was lost following the google maps and missed my appointment time by 15 mins. I will definitely say prices are reasonable but I would expect bit more customer engagement. As for me it was time I was made to seat and I didn’t know whats the procedure until I had asked how long it will take.Also when I went to pick my car again I had to ask if there were any concerns which I would expect a briefing.Management should correct the location issue as we rely on google map.
