Love this salon. Chloe usually cuts and colours my hair and she is excellent at listening to exactly what I want and offering advice if I’m not sure how to re-style on each occasion. The stylists all work as a team and there is a very positive and happy feel to the salon. Highly recommended.

The perfect salon ,without a doubt. I have been going to the Gilston Room since it opened and Kelly is my stylist. I have followed her from salons for quite a few years and always get the perfect consultation, treatment and advice. All the staff at this salon are the perfect team and I’d personally be happy to recommend to anyone who is looking for a great hair experience,in this friendly,caring and very professional salon .wether it’s your first visit or your 50th the service is always 5*

Very friendly and welcoming salon. Nothing is too much trouble. You are always greeted with a warm welcome and the stylists are more than happy to take the time to discuss your wants and needs, to ensure you get the best experience from your appointment. Always up-to-date with the latest products and they serve pretty good coffee too.

Ive been going to Lucy at The Gilston Room for about 3 years now. I used to have very curly hair which I hated but no more! Lucy has worked her magic & I've never been happier. The salon is clean , friendly & relaxing. All the girls are lovely. Best coffee in Bishops Stortford. Highly recommended
