Cannot recommend Steve at Poppy Locks highly enough. Following heavy rain, we had a problem with water leaking in from the base of sliding doors. I contacted Steve at around 10. He said he was on another job but would be round when he had finished. He was at our house by 1.30. He was here for over an hour fixing the problem. No issue with leaking since. He was pleasant, efficient and the charge for the work he did was very reasonable. Thank you Steve.

Highly recommend Poppy Locks - Fast call out and fixed our conservatory door which was sticking and also replaced a lock we had lost keys for. Both done to a high standard and for a reasonable price. Will definitely use again. Thanks!

Lost my door key on holiday. Rang Poppy Locks. He came out straight away. He went above & beyond.He had to get through two locked doors & eventually the window, he didn't give up. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou

I called Poppy locks at 7pm on a Saturday night as we had come home and our key wouldn't work in our door. Within 30minutes Stephen was at with us and ready to help. We had recently had the police fit new locks on all our doors which proved very difficult to break. Stephen perservered and climbed over the back gate which was also locked and managed to get in through the patio. We have 3 young children so the main aim was to get into the house for the night and be secure, so after around 3 hours and making sure we were secure and happy, Stephen arranged to come back when it was convenient to us to fix the front door. It was my sons party the next day so Stephen returned first thing on Monday as planned to finish the job. Although Stephen was with us for numerous hours, 2 visits and fixing 2 locks the price still remained the same as originally quoted. I couldn't recommend Poppy Locks enough. Great friendly service, good value and very persistent! Thank you very much.

We have used been really pleased with poppy locks, they are always at hand when I’ve needed them. Steven will help to keep the cost down where possible which is a welcome change to many locksmiths.

We called on a freezing cold Saturday afternoon came round within 15 minutes assessed the job and started working as soon as we accepted the quote. Our door locking mechanism had failed and it was by no means a easy job as the door had multiple locking points and shoot bolts however Stephen was methodical and patient and managed to overcome the challenges posed. Good service and highly recommended.
