Sussex Surrey Doors and Windows

Really happy with our recent installation. We had initially contacted a semi-national company who gave a crazy quote and then halved it! Immediately alarm bells rang, so we instead went to Sussex Surrey and our experience couldn't have been more different. Right from the initial quote stage, where there were no high pressure sales tactics, through to the final installation, all of the team we dealt with were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and we would happily recommend them.

We had fantastic service from Sussex Surrey with new windows and doors all round. There was no nonsense with the initial quote and the survey was thorough with every small detail taken into account. We didn't have to wait long for installation and the fitters were happy in their work and did a great job. Their products are very good quality and the composite door in particular is outstanding. So glad we chose Sussex Surrey, they are a lovely local company and a pleasure to deal with.

We are delighted with the service we received from Sussex and Surrey Doors and Windows. Barry called a day after I emailed for a quote and visited our home within a week. Barry was very informed and explained all of the options clearly, following up with a very competitive quote a few days later. After acceptance, Dan came and measured up promptly and we had six new windows fitted around a month later. Our new front door was fitted a few weeks after the windows. The fitters were friendly and respectful of the property and did a fantastic job. The windows and door are really good quality.We received two quotes; one from Sussex and Surrey and another from one of the national companies. Barry was far more professional than the salesman from the other company who stayed for nearly three hours, dismissed any other company as inferior and used all the usual pressure sales techniques. The first quote was two and a half times more than Sussex and Surrey and even after offering the manager's discount and a cash back offer, was still twice as much, and that was only if I signed up before the weekend. Barry simply measured up and discussed our options in around 45 min, then provided a sensible fee quote.The communication throughout was first class, and we have promptly received the insurance certificates and the FENSA paperwork is on its way.I highly recommend this company and if you do ask for a quote from one of the large national firms, make sure you also invite Sussex and Surrey to quote as you will save yourself a lot of money, get your windows quicker, receive a friendlier and more personal service, and excellent quality products.

We recently had a new front door and kitchen window fitted. The whole experience from start to finish was great. Well done especially to Rosie, Danny and Ash. We are really pleased with both the service and work provided.

Sussexsurrey recently fitted 6 windows and some aluminium bi-fold doors. We had been looking for upvc windows to closely match our existing wooden frames and the Evolution windows were the first we had seen that matched closely. The quality is excellent, the pricing was reasonable and the whole process from quote to fitting went smoothly. The fitters were very good- very tidy and courteous. Duncan fitted our windows expertly, helped re-position our blinds and dealt very well with an overhanging tile issueI would definitely recommend them

I’ve just had my front and back doors replaced by Sussex Surrey. The process of viewing ordering and installing my new doors was seamless. In particular a special mention and thanks to Simon who did the installations. First class job, highly recommended.

We have had a new front and back door and 6 new windows from Sussex Surrey Doors and Windows. We thoroughly agree with other reviews, the customer service is second to none, and all the staff from Julie in the Office to Duncan who fitted the windows, have been excellent. They all know the product very well and carry out their jobs with meticulousness and care.

In a word - excellent! We were absolutely delighted with Sussex Surrey Doors and Windows throughout. There was absolutely no 'hard sell' just first rate product knowledge and attention to detail at all times. The windows themselves (20 in total) look great and have been much admired by friends and neighbours. The fitters simply could not have been better and the finish on both the inside and outside of the windows is immaculate They worked with minimum disruption and left everything clean and tidy. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Great service and fitting allround. Dan came over to measure for a front and back door replacement and noticed the old door needed adjustment to lock more easily, he did this without me asking for it. He also arranged for a builder to fix soldier wall.The fitters themselves were efficient, pleasant and very professional. Leaving no detail uncovered and left the house without any dust or dirt. Very happy with the result and will highly recommend this company!
